A Good Samaritan indeed! Reminds me of a time my car battery died in the middle of nowhere and out of the mist appeared a stranger with jumper cables to offer a boost. God sends the angels when we need them. We forgt with all the darkness in the world how much kindness there is too.
I read your post earlier today and am late in the day responding. Your peeps express it so well. GOK... the people who are there to help, especially in your situation. And thank you for this music.
It gives you pause to think what strangers gave up in their (likely) once-in-a-lifetime tourist opportunity to chase a whistle that was meaningless in itself. I wonder if they feel about our interaction the way I do. The shared experience —GOK— changed my life. That is, kept it going.

Thank you for reminding all of us of goodness in the world. The man on the ledge was not the last angel here.

TY, EM, as always.
I can hardly wait for next week - that’s one brave man to inch out onto the ledge with a one thousand foot drop !
An intrepid good Samaritan. I wish I knew all their names, particularly his. He risked his life.
If only you could have a reunion with that group !
Wouldn't that be amazing? I imagine all four are in their eighties now.
Hope was fading sounded all too familiar during these times. May our saviour appear in time
So sad, so true. Not sure any Canadians will come through for us now.
So suspenseful and the strangers risking their lives to save you - so brave, their arrival definitely deserved a big bold GOK arrangement.

Light at the end of the tunnel, and now the real journey begins. "Not Alone Anymore", Roy, should keep you all going!
The first tunnel, that is...
Love Roy.
And, I can get tearful when I hear GOK and think of all the beautiful people in my life.
(Yoohoo!)
That’s some heavy duty production on God Only Knows!
As it deserves... So nce to see Brian at the piano.
